David J. Foley

David J. Foley, 87, of Middletown, passed away on Wednesday August 9, 2017 at his home in Shadow Lake Village. He was an attorney and a graduate of Brooklyn Prep, Fordham College, and Brooklyn Law School.

Mr. Foley was predeceased by his grandson, David J. Foley IV. He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Beatrice, his children Mary and David III, his grandchildren, Nina, Laura, Colleen, and Robert and his great grandson Jack.

Visitation will be held at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, NJ 07701 on Sunday August 13, 2017 from 2-6 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. James RC Church on Monday August 14, 2017 at 10 a.m. Entombment will follow at Mt.
