Patrick J. Scinto

Patrick J. Scinto, 97, of Middletown, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2017 at his home.  Pat graduated from the University of Connecticut with his Bachelor’s Degree and MIT with his Master’s Degree as an Electrical Engineer. Pat worked for Philips, Westinghouse, and most recently Electronic Measurements. He was a communicant and a volunteer for many years at St. Leo the Great in Lincroft.  

Pat was a huge baseball fan (Yankees) and coached for many years for the Lincroft Little Leagues.  He enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren play and share his passion for the sport.

He was a wonderful husband and a great dad and grand-dad whose life was totally devoted to his wife, children, and grandchildren.  For Pat, nothing mattered more to him than his family.  He also shared a special connection with all his friends from Electronic Measurements.

He is predeceased by his wife, Doris Scinto. Surviving are his three loving children, Bill, Patricia and her husband Paul Krosnicki, and Randy, his dear sister, Marie Riccio and his four cherished grandchildren, Patrick, Lucas, Thomas, and Grace.

Visitation will be held at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, NJ 07701 on Friday June 23, 2017 from 4-8 P.M.  A Funeral Home Service will be held Saturday June 24, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Fair View Cemetery.
