Adele H. Phifer, age100, passed away on December 14, 2018. She was a member of The Presbyterian Church at Shrewsbury for 92 years. She was a member of the Mission Belles Circle as well as a member of the church choir.
Adele is predeceased by her husband William, who passed away in 2000. Surviving are her daughters: Susan Peterson and Elizabeth Hopler, both of Eatontown as well as 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of the John E. Day Funeral Home 85 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, NJ 07701. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at the Presbyterian Church at Shrewsbury, 352 Sycamore Avenue, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702.
