Ann J. Witek

Ann J. Witek, 89, of Red Bank, passed away on April 21, 2021. She was born in Red Bank to the late Baptista and Jenny Figaro. In her earlier years, Ann worked at Fort Monmouth and finally retired 5 years ago from Durham Transportation as a bus aide. She loved reading, gardening and gazing at the lakeside view of her home at Shadow Lake Village. Most of all, she cherished the time making memories with her grandchildren. 

She is predeceased by her 13 siblings.

She is survived by her beloved children, Robin and her husband George Horner, Cindy and her husband Bobby Farkas, Kim and her husband Billy Young, Eddie Bucina, and Tracy and her husband Rick Guglielmo, her 11 loving grandchildren and 4 adored great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Ave., Red Bank, NJ 07701 on Friday April 23, 2021 from 4 – 8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. James Roman Catholic Church on Saturday April 24, 2021 at 9:30am. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Middletown.
