Catherine C. McOrmond, 79, of Oceanport passed away Monday, November 11th at home

She was born in Evanston, Ill. To the late Charles and Doris (Rudehouse) Campbell.

Catherine was a graduate of Michigan State University, then attended Brookdale Community where she received her degree in Nursing and became a Labor and Delivery Nurse at Riverview Medical Center for the next 20 + years. In her ‘spare’ time she was an avid sports fan, golfer and Marathon participant. Mostly she was a #1 perfect Mom.

She is predeceased by her beloved husband Peter in 2017. Catherine is survived by her loving sons and their spouses William and Ashley and Andrew and Joanna, and her dear grandchildren Taylor, Summer, Brooke and Grace. Also surviving are her dear sisters Caroline Oliver and Patricia Boedeker.

A celebration of her life will be from 2:00 – 5:00 pm Saturday November 30th with a service at 4:30 pm at the John E. Day Funeral Home 85 Riverside Ave. Red Bank, NJ 07701.
