Concepcion Vera DeRojas, 66, of Red Bank went home to Jesus on December 31, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. Concepcion was born on December 8, 1955 to Eliseo and Catalina (nee Luna) Vera in Puebla, Mexico.
Conchita” as she was known and called by friends and loved ones. Was a loving and caring mother, wife, a devoted grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt and friend to many. Conchita will forever be remembered as the greatest woman that she was. For always giving her comforting words and a smile when people need it the most. Her 9 grandchildren were everything to her and they will forever remember the love “Bita” had for them. Always kind, thoughtful, pleasant and willing to do things for others. Conchita was one of a kind. Her love and legacy will forever live in the heart of all those who she touched.
Concepcion is predeceased by her parents, Eliseo and Catalina Vera and brother Patricio Vera Luna
Surviving Concepcion is her husband of 51 years, Froylan Rojas, her 5 children Odilia Perez, Leopoldo Rojas, Arturo Rojas, Rosalia Rojas and Lorena Rojas. Her sons and daughters in-laws, Johannis Araya, Alejandro Perez, Patricia Tlaxcantitla, Ekaterina Prokurova and Ljupka Kostova. Her 9 loving grandchildren Gustavo Rojas. Alexis Rojas, Henry Rojas, Xitlaly Rojas, Noelani Araya-Rojas, Lohanni Araya-Rojas, Suriani Araya-Rojas, Ariana Saraí Rojas and Bianca Ivette Rojas. Her siblings Hipólito Vera, Valentin Vera, Rebeca Vera, Felix Vera y Margarita Vera. And her infinity of nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, January 6 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, January 7 at St. Anthony’s RC Church, Red Bank, NJ at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Middletown, NJ.
