Donald Jacobs

Donald Jacobs, 92 of Shrewsbury, N.J. and formerly of Boca Raton and Delray Beach, FL. passed away peacefully on November 26, 2022. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. to the late David and Josephine Jacobs. Donald proudly served his country in the U.S. Army from September, 1951 to August, 1953. He had a successful career in cosmetic sales with Bristol Myers Squibb. Donald was a member of the Masonic Lodge # 739 and participated in senior education programs at the Nova S.E. University in Boca Raton, FL. He was very active at the Chelsea Senior Living in Shrewsbury, N.J. where he was in charge of “Monday Night Movies with Don“.
Donald is predeceased by his loving wife, Dolores L. Jacobs (nee DeSanti ) and is survived by his step daughter, Leslie LaVerda and her husband, Michael.
All funeral services are under the direction of the John E. Day Funeral Home in Red Bank, N.J.
