Donald V. Valerio

Donald V. Valerio, 70, of Red Bank, passed away on July 6, 2018. He was born in Neptune, NJ to the late Victor and Anne (Bree) Valerio. In 1964 he graduated high school from Christian Brothers Academy and in 1970 he received his Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University School of Pharmacy. Donald proudly served our country in the U.S Army. He was an excellent athlete growing up and played baseball, basketball and golf.

He is predeceased by his brother Raymond B. Valerio. Surviving are his two children Ann M. Valerio Phillips and her husband Bill and Jeffery A. Valerio and their mother Carleen, his brothers James M. Valerio and wife Marianne, Vincent P. Valerio and wife Susan, and Daniel J. Valerio and wife Carolyn as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, NJ 07701 on Saturday July 14, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. Burial of cremated remains will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Middletown. In lieu of flowers memorial donations will be sent in Donald’s memory to the Charity of your Choice.
