Joyce, Iwas priviledged to meet your Mom when you were a student at Henry Hudson. she was very pleasant and had a lovely smile. When I would meet her in Fooodtown in later years, she would always have a pleasant hello for me and we'd have a conversation, usually about you. I'm sad for you and your family, but glad that she's with God and free from pain.

Evelyn Sell was a beautiful example of a Christian woman. I loved her laugh. She could be stern, but not without reason. She was fair, and patient with Joyce and me, and I know we pushed all the buttons there were to push, and most of the time she and Mr. Sell laughed at our shenanigans. Evelyn was my second mother growing up. She made the best freezies, the best baked apples. She was a whiz at Scrabble. God bless and welcome this incredible woman, servant of the One Who made her! May she rest in peace!
