Gloria J. Puglisi-Collier

Gloria J. Puglisi-Collier, 81, of Red Bank, passed away on September 6, 2019. She was born in Long Branch to the late Frank and Mary (Pullaro) Puglisi. Gloria was a parishioner at St. Anthony’s of Padua in Red Bank for many years. She enjoyed spending time solving crossword puzzles. Most of all, Gloria dedicated her love and time to her family and friends.

She is predeceased by her beloved husband C. Allen Collier in 1996, her sisters Marie Mullenax and Josephine Felder, her brothers John Puglisi and Ralph “Buddy” Puglisi. Surviving are her loving daughter Terri Barreto and her husband George and her loving son, Frank Collier, her cherished grandchildren George Jr., Gregory and Frank Jr., and her dear sisters Patsy Casalino and her husband Anthony, Toni Pomphrey and Joanne Pavao; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, NJ 07701 on Monday September 9, 2019 from 5 – 8 p.m. A service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday September 10, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Middletown.
