Gregory J. Fitzgerald

Gregory J. Fitzgerald, 69, of Middletown, NJ passed away on April 13th, 2021. He was born in Long Branch, NJ to the late James Fitzgerald and Dorothy Collet.

Gregory was a lifetime resident of Middletown and went on to work as a surveyor and design draftsman supervisor for Exxon. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening, riding his Harley, or watching a Yankee game.

Gregory is predeceased by his beloved wife, Beverly A. Fitzgerald, as well as her sister, Judy Ross. He is survived by his sons, Mark Fitzgerald (Kristen) and Eric Fitzgerald (Justin), his daughter, Collett Fitzgerald, his brothers, Gary Fitzgerald (Karen) and James Fitzgerald (Joy), and his sister, Linda Davis (Glenn). He is also survived by his adoring grandchildren, Ella, Quinn, and Brian.

Visitation will be held at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, NJ 07701 on Friday April 16th, 2021 from 4-8 PM. A graveside service and burial will be held at Fairview Cemetery in Middletown, NJ on Saturday April 17th, 2021 at 11 AM.
