James Richard Blaney

James Richard Blaney, 63, of Highlands, passed away on February 9, 2017 at
New York Presbyterian Hospital following a two year battle with Non Hodgkin Lymphoma. He was born in Oil City, PA to the late Charlotte Ann Smith and James H. Blaney. Jim worked as the Aquadrive Product Manager for Mack Boring and Parts Company in Union .

He is predeceased by his brother in law, Kenneth Moog. Surviving is his loving wife of 41 years, Marjorie Moog Blaney; his son, Dylan James Blaney and his fiancée Alyssa Sparacino, his brother, Christopher Blaney and his two sisters; Kimberly Radford and her husband Patrick, Kathleen Welch and husband David; his brother in law, Roger Moog and wife Carol; his nieces, Julie Holcomb and Elaine Welch and his nephews, Sam Radford, Tom Radford and Peter Welch. Also surviving are many dear cousins and friends.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, NJ 07701 on Monday February 13, 2017 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. ,with a funeral home service at 7:30.
