Jean Ann Sneddon

Sneddon, Jean Ann “Jeannie”, 78, passed away at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, NJ on September 23, 2022.

She was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Paul and Jean (Falconer) Tomaszewski and she had lived many years in Staten Island, NY before moving to Middletown, NJ. She worked as an accounts manager for North Field Savings Bank in Staten Island, NY. In her later years, Jeannie worked as a crossing guard for Shrewsbury Borough, a job that she absolutely loved!

Jeannie is predeceased by her parents as well as her siblings: Paul, Dennis, George, Joyce and Christine.

Surviving is her loving husband of 60 years, George Joseph Sneddon of Middletown, NJ; her children and their spouses: Paul and Kelly Sneddon, Christine Maguire and her fiancée, Mark Fairhurst, James Carlsen and Christian and Jessica Carlsen all of Middletown, NJ and her brother Richard Tomaszewski of OR.
Also surviving are her ten grandchildren: Brittany, Joseph and Maddie Maguire, Kevin, Shaun, Cassidy and Paul Sneddon and Michael, Christina and Justin Carlsen as well as her great grandchildren: Kaya Rose Maguire and Elijah Light Maguire.

A Memorial Gathering will take place on Friday October 7, 2022 at 10AM with a Memorial Service at 10:30 all at the John E. Day Funeral Home 85 Riverside Avenue Red Bank, NJ 07701.
