Mildred D’Aloia 87, passed away in Red Bank at Riverview Hospital. She was born in Brooklyn NY to Sebastian Tomasulo and Josephine Mare. She lived most of her wonderful life in Bensonhurst before moving to Holmdel two years ago.
Mildred was a homemaker who loved to cook for her family. She enjoyed playing cards, going to Atlantic City and eating out. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
Mildred was predeceased by her beloved husband Alphonse of 64 years in 2014.
She is survived by her loving daughter Rene O’Connor (Douglas) of Sea Bright,
her loving sons Richard D’Aloia (MaryAnn) of Wurtsboro, NY., and Alan D’Aloia of
Brooklyn. Also surviving is a sister Tessie Giordano of Brooklyn, ten adoring grandchildren and 1 great- grandchild.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, February 12, 2017 from 1-5 p.m. and
Monday, February 13, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Ave., Red Bank, NJ. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at St. James RC Church, 94 Broad Street, Red Bank, NJ at 10a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Middletown.
